This policy explains how AI Visibility Guard handles personal data. The data controller is JR Nexus Solutions FZ-LLC (jrnexussolutions.com), licence no. 47032257, registered at VUNE1701, Compass Building, Al Hulaila Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

What we collect

Account data (email, agency name); business details you add for monitoring (business name, city, category, competitors); scan results returned by AI engines; and basic usage/security logs (including IP address, used to rate-limit free audits and prevent abuse). We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data.

How we use it

To run visibility checks, generate and store reports, send the alerts and emails you request, process payments, and operate and secure the Service. Queries sent to AI engines contain the business/category/city you provided — never your account credentials. We do not sell your personal data.

Third parties & international transfers

Checks are executed via the official APIs of OpenAI, Google (Gemini) and Perplexity, and via SERP data providers (DataForSEO). Payments are processed by Stripe and, for marketplace purchases, by the relevant marketplace (e.g., JVZoo, WarriorPlus); we never store card numbers. Email is delivered via our SMTP provider. These providers may process data outside the UAE; we rely on their standard contractual protections.

Cookies

We use a strictly-necessary session cookie to keep you logged in, and a referral cookie to attribute affiliate sign-ups. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the app.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including GDPR and CCPA where relevant), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. You can delete a client site to remove its data at any time, unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in each email, or contact us to delete your entire account. We will respond within the timeframes required by law.

Retention & security

Scan history is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and operational purposes, then deleted. We apply industry-standard security measures; no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to individuals under 18.
