Terms of Service

AI Visibility Guard ("the Service", "we", "us") is operated by JR Nexus Solutions FZ-LLC (jrnexussolutions.com), a Free Zone Limited Liability Company registered with the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority (RAKEZ), licence no. 47032257, registered office: VUNE1701, Compass Building, Al Hulaila Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. UAE Tax Registration Number (TRN): 105438313600001. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service measures how AI assistants reference businesses by querying AI engines through their official APIs and third-party SERP data providers, and reporting the results. Results reflect what those third-party AI systems returned at the time of each check. AI outputs vary between runs and over time; we do not guarantee any specific ranking, mention, or visibility outcome. Figures shown in demos or sample reports are illustrative; real reports use live engine results only.

2. Accounts & plans

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of the business information you submit. Free accounts include a limited number of scans for evaluation. Paid plans include the limits (sites, prompts, scan frequency, engines) described at purchase. Lifetime-deal tiers include the caps stated in the deal listing. We may adjust plan limits prospectively with notice.

3. Acceptable use

You may monitor businesses you own or are authorized to monitor (e.g., your agency clients). You may not use the Service to harass competitors, submit unlawful content, scrape at abusive volumes, circumvent plan limits, or resell raw API access. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk for our upstream providers.

4. White-label reports

Agency plans allow rebranding reports with your own identity. You are solely responsible for the claims you make to your clients based on report data and for your own agreements with those clients.

5. Billing, taxes & refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices are in USD and exclusive of any applicable taxes; VAT is applied where required. Purchases made through third-party marketplaces (e.g., JVZoo, WarriorPlus) are governed by that marketplace's refund policy. For purchases made directly, contact us within 14 days for a refund request.

6. Third-party AI engines

The Service depends on external AI and data providers (including OpenAI, Google, Perplexity and SERP data providers). Their availability, pricing and behaviour are outside our control and may change. We are not responsible for the content of third-party AI responses.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or business.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the RAKEZ Free Zone, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
