Affiliate Terms & Agreement

By joining the AI Visibility Guard affiliate program you agree to these terms. They exist to keep the program fair, protect the brand, and keep everyone earning long-term. Break the brand-protection rules and commissions are forfeited.

🚫 Strictly prohibited (instant removal + forfeited commissions)

No brand bidding. Do not run paid ads (Google, Bing, Meta, etc.) on our brand terms — "AI Visibility Guard", misspellings, or the brand + "review / coupon / discount / login / official".
No brand-name or typo domains. Do not register or use any domain/subdomain containing "aivisibilityguard" or confusingly similar names.
No brand SEO. Do not build pages designed to rank for our brand name to intercept our organic traffic. Rank for topics and reviews — never to impersonate us.
No impersonation. Do not claim to be AI Visibility Guard, an "official" site, or use our logo to imply ownership.
No spam. No unsolicited email, SMS, comment spam, or bulk posting. Email must be to opted-in lists and CAN-SPAM/GDPR compliant.
No fake claims. No fabricated testimonials, fake screenshots, income guarantees, or "get rich" promises. Everything you say must be verifiable with the free audit.
No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or self-referrals. You cannot earn commission on your own purchases.
No incentivized/rebate traffic (paying users to buy through your link) without written approval.

1. Commission

You earn 30% recurring on subscriptions you refer (for as long as the customer stays subscribed), and 30% on lifetime-deal sales. Rates may differ for specific promotions and are shown on your dashboard.

2. Tracking & attribution

Referrals are tracked by a 60-day cookie set when someone clicks your link. Last-click attribution applies. Sales without a valid tracked click are not commissionable.

3. Payouts

Commissions become payable after the 30-day refund window clears. Payouts are made monthly once your balance meets the minimum threshold, to your provided PayPal or agreed method. You are responsible for your own taxes.

4. Refunds & chargebacks

If a referred customer refunds or charges back, the related commission is reversed/deducted from your balance.

5. FTC / disclosure

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you promote (e.g. "affiliate link" / "I may earn a commission"), per FTC and applicable law.

6. Use of our materials

You may use the creatives and swipe copy in our resource kit. Don't alter the logo or make claims we haven't made. We can ask you to stop using any material.

7. Termination

We may suspend or remove any affiliate at our discretion, especially for the prohibited practices above. Violations may forfeit unpaid commissions. You may leave the program at any time.

8. Changes
